Google Ads / Meta Ads Expert

Company Overview:
We are a US-based company dedicated to empowering female entrepreneurs in the real estate and short-term rental industry. Our upcoming in-person event, the Level Up Your Listing Summit, aims to bring together 300 female entrepreneurs, and we need an expert who has experience in conferences/in-person events to help drive ticket sales through effective advertising strategies.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned expert in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to enhance our advertising efforts for the Level Up Your Listing Summit. This role involves creating compelling ads and driving ticket sales for our in-person event. Experience with YouTube and Pinterest ads is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute advertising strategies on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
Create engaging graphics and copy for advertisements.
Monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure maximum ROI.
Collaborate with our team to align advertising strategies with event goals.
Provide insights and analytics on ad performance and strategies.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in media buying for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of ad creation, including copywriting and graphic design.
Demonstrated success in driving ticket sales or similar outcomes.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of YouTube and Pinterest advertising is a plus.
