Shopify Customer Support Rep

— ABOUT US —
Hello! We are an e-commerce company based out of the United States. We're growing fast, and are looking to bring on another skilled and experienced VA to work within our customer service team. We are seeking candidates who are looking to get on the rocketship with us! ????

— THE ROLE —
This is a full-time role where you will work closely with the support and fulfillment team. Your main tasks will include customer support, social media moderation, and order management. You may also be required to assist in other areas of the business as needed. If you are looking for a stable and long-term job, we are the company for you. — REQUIREMENTS —
* Customer support experience
* Experience with Shopify and Freshdesk
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Fast and reliable internet connection
* Experience with data entry on Google Suite, Excel, etc.
* Experience with social media for moderation (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
* Full-time availability (able to work 40 hours/week)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Flexibility and willingness to learn new tools and systems
