Digital Content & Production Specialist

Hello! I’m the host of the Short Term Rental Riches podcast and Youtube Channel. I've been sharing my thoughts with thousands of listeners on real estate for the last 6 years based off my own journey aquiring dozens of properties and figuring out how to manage them virtually. With over 600,000 podcast downloads and a growing youtube channel, we’re looking for someone to help me take our content to the next level.

Midtown Stays our virtual management company is now operating in almost 20 cities and 7 countires and we’re growing rapidly. We use the podcast and youtube content to reach new potential partners and we recently expanded into the world of boutique hotels!

Our 100% virtual team of 15+ talented indviduals are excited but at the same time have we have a lot on our plate. We're looking for a talented Digital Content & Production Specialist to join our team full-time and to take charge of our growth.

What this job entails:

**Podcast Production**
- Edit audio podcast episodes for clarity, flow, and sound quality.
- Edit long-form video podcast episodes for YouTube, including visual elements.
- Create compelling show notes with relevant links and resources.
- Draft engaging email newsletters promoting new episodes and related content.
- Repurpose podcast content into short-form videos (shorts) optimized for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
- Upload and schedule podcast episodes across various platforms (e.g., Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts).

**YouTube Channel Management:**
- Optimize YouTube channel for discoverability (SEO, metadata, playlists).
- Create eye-catching thumbnails and channel art.
- Analyze channel performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with viewers in the comments section.

**Content Creation & Strategy:**
- Develop and implement a content calendar aligned with your business goals.
- Create social media content (posts, stories, etc.) to engage your audience.
- Source and edit images and videos for various content formats.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

**Graphic Design:**
- Design marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, social media graphics).
- Create visually appealing presentations and reports.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

**AI Tool Expertise:**
- Utilize AI tools for content generation, editing, and repurposing.
- Explore and experiment with new AI tools to enhance efficiency and output.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI technology.

**REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB**
- 2 years prior experience with Video editing & Youtube
- Ability to research and find relevant images, text, highlights, and animations to add to our videos using only the content from our podcast audio
- Utilize AI tools for content generation, editing, and repurposing.

**COMPENSATION**
- $1200 - $1500 USD / month
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-1:00 PM CST with flexible hours for the remainding 3 hours of the work day (total 8 hours a day)
- Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence
