Senior Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our framing (carpentry) team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and experienced with PlanSwift software for generating accurate takeoffs and cost estimates. A strong understanding of framing construction processes and the ability to analyze blueprints is essential. If you have excellent analytical skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we look forward hearing from you!


Qualifications:
1) Needs to have prior experience working in the construction industry
2) Needs to have experience with Excel
3) Needs to be a quick learner
4) Needs to have very good communication skills (needs to be a people’s person)
5) Needs to be very a organized person
