Job Title: General Virtual Assistant with Kajabi & WordPress Experience
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Virtual Assistant with experience in Kajabi and WordPress to support our growing team. This part-time position (20 hours/week) has the potential for full-time work. Your primary responsibilities will include website management, customer support, content creation, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Kajabi Management: Assist in building and maintaining courses, landing pages,
WordPress Management: Help with website updates, content uploads, plugin management, and ensuring site performance.
Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries via
Content Creation: Create and manage content for blogs, websites, and social media platforms.
Admin Support: Provide assistance with scheduling, project management, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
Tools & Technology (Rate familiarity 1-5 and list any others you're comfortable with):

Zoom

HubSpot

Requirements:
Available to work during MST business hours.
Ability to attend virtual meetings via Zoom and collaborate with the team.
No outsourcing—this is an in-house position.

Strong time management and organizational skills.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
