Video Editor for Podcast - Long Term Role

Looking for a full time video editor. Tasks will include:

-Editing audio and video for a YouTube channel
-Cutting up & editing clips to use for social media
-Creating teaser trailers for the episodes
-Creating Thumbnails using Canva or Photoshop
-Scheduling & Social Media Work
-Other related tasks for this and/or other channels

Starting at 30,000 PHP for the first month, then bumps up to 35,000 PHP after the first month when training is over.

Looking for someone who is:
-Hard working and reliable
-Able to work 40 hours a week
-Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
-Has a computer capable of editing large file sizes

This is a FULL TIME job, I ask you to NOT have any other employment so you can focus 100% on this job. This will be a long term job.
