Bookeeping in Buildium and wave, RE Property Management

I am looking for a multi-tasker who can help with multiple things. Here is the list of things that I would need help with:
1) Update Buildium with Rents received at the beginning of the month
2) Reconcile Bank Statements in Buildium and Wave monthly
3) Will handle multiple companies
4) As RE Property manager assistant, enter orders in the buildium and update them on completion and capture the expenses by property and unit
