Role Overview
As our HR Manager, your role will focus on sourcing and screening skilled cleaners to meet the specific needs of our cleaning business partners. You will provide a list of pre-approved subcontractors ready to work in their regions, ensuring quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Source subcontractors for cleaning businesses in the US, Canada, and UK.
Screen candidates to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards.
Create detailed lists of approved subcontractors for specific regions and client needs.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements.
Maintain an updated database of vetted subcontractors.
Qualifications
Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or talent sourcing (experience in the cleaning industry is a plus).
Strong ability to screen and assess candidate qualifications.
Familiarity with labor markets in the US, Canada, and UK.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR tools and databases.
