Senior Project Manager

ABOUT US:
We are a growing music marketing agency helping artists and musicians expand their digital presence and reach. We're seeking a detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee our project delivery system and ensure client succes

CORE HOURS:
- 8+ hours daily
- 7 days per week
- Must be available during peak hours (PST)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and track 30+ simultaneous music marketing projects
- Create and assign tasks to team members based on project requirements
- Remain online in Discord voice channel during 8+ hours shift
- Ensure all deliverables maintain high quality standards and meet deadlines
- Act as the primary point of contact between account managers and delivery team
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify/resolve bottlenecks
- Maintain detailed project documentation and status updates
- Optimize workflows and processes for maximum efficiency

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- 2-4 years of project management experience
- Advanced proficiency in Airtable and Google Workspace
- Proficiency with Discord
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Stable internet connection (minimum 20mbps)
- Quiet workspace
- Computer with webcam
