Role Overview:
As our Phone Sales Coach, you will be responsible for elevating our sales team’s performance. You’ll provide daily role-play coaching, audit phone calls and text messages, track KPIs, and ensure that our team is constantly improving in booking and showing up for personal appointments. You’ll be an integral part of our sales system, ensuring that leads are nurtured through our CRM (GoHighLevel) and automated systems, and that the team reaches their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Role-Playing & Daily Coaching: Provide daily role-play sessions with our sales team, ensuring that they are prepared to handle any lead, objection, or situation on the phone.
• Audit Sales Calls & Text Messages: Listen to recorded phone calls and review text message communications to ensure quality, professionalism, and adherence to our sales process.
• Track KPIs & Performance Evaluations: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as booked appointments, show rates, and conversion rates to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Workshops & Team Development: Conduct bi-weekly workshops focusing on phone sales strategies, objection handling, closing techniques, and overall performance.
• Automations & Follow-ups: Ensure that GoHighLevel automation sequences are working properly, including automated follow-ups for confirmed leads and appointments.
• Team Coaching & Feedback: Provide regular, actionable feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement in our sales process and team dynamics.
• Goal Setting & Accountability: Help set performance goals for the team and hold them accountable to ensure they achieve success and drive results.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a phone sales coach, particularly in a gym or fitness setting.
• Deep expertise in phone sales strategies, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM or similar platforms for managing leads, automations, and tracking sales performance.
• Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong experience in KPI tracking, performance analysis, and improvement strategies.
• Experience in auditing sales calls, reviewing text communications, and providing constructive feedback.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
• Demonstrated ability to increase sales performance and improve show rates through coaching and monitoring.
