We are a real estate company focused on acquiring off-market residential properties for our investor network. We’re on the lookout for a results-driven Acquisitions Advisor to conduct negotiations and acquisitions.

Role Overview

As a Wholesale Acquisitions Advisor, you’ll play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and securing real estate investment opportunities. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at negotiations, and have a deep understanding of comping and underwriting, we’d love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

Property Research.
Running Comps and ARV.
Calling Prospects, build rapport, qualifying them using provided scripts.
Come up with offer prices.
Negotiating with homeowners.
Putting homes under contract.

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent English.
1 year + of experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or a similar role.
Proven negotiation skills with a history of successful deal closures.
Expertise in market analysis and property valuation.
Proficiency in CRM (Resimpli or others) and lead management tools.
Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple transactions.
Results-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to work remotely while collaborating effectively with the team.
Noise free environment with a reliable internet connection (Must)
Must have noise cancelling headset.
Must have great communication skills.


What We Offer:

Monday through Friday weekly - 4 hour shifts (12pm - 4pm Mountain Standard Time)
Salary is paid Bi-weekly and subject to increase based on performance (starting $5/hr)
