Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a SHARK – someone who’s strategic, hungry, attentive, results-focused, and a killer at driving profitable growth through Meta Ads. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of running and scaling Facebook ad campaigns for e-commerce brands, with a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, build, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to drive conversions and revenue for e-commerce clients.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROAS, CTR, and overall profitability.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives align with client goals and resonate with target audiences.
Conduct audience research, split tests, and iterate based on data insights to scale campaigns effectively.
Monitor key metrics daily, troubleshoot underperforming campaigns, and identify opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Proven experience managing and scaling Facebook ad campaigns, preferably in the e-commerce space.
A strong grasp of media buying principles, including A/B testing, funnel optimization, and retargeting strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve performance.
