**Position Overview**

We're seeking a Lead Generation and Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead our client acquisition efforts across multiple channels.

This is a remote position that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to help expand our client base and market presence.

**Core Responsibilities**

**Lead Generation and Outreach**

- Execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, cold email outreach, direct mail, and other platforms
- Develop and maintain targeted prospect lists using web scraping tools and market research
- Manage cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and direct mail
- Track and optimize campaign performance across all channels
- Research and qualify potential leads across various industries

**Content Creation and Marketing**

- Write and proofread professional articles for different industries
- Create engaging content for multiple platforms including LinkedIn and email campaigns
- Design simple graphics for marketing materials using Canva
- Manage email marketing campaigns from strategy to execution
- Ensure AI-generated content is accurate and properly tailored for specific industries
- Possible short-form video editing projects

**Administrative and Technical**

- Maintain proficiency with Office 365 and Google Suite
- Manage and organize lead generation data and campaign metrics
- Coordinate with team members to ensure aligned messaging across channels
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and lead quality

**Required Experience and Skills**

- Able to work Monday to Friday from 10AM to 6PM Atlanta USA time (40 hours per week), which is mandatory and with no exceptions
- Proven experience in multi-channel lead generation and outreach
- Strong proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, other LLMs) including prompt engineering
- Experience with LinkedIn for business development and networking
- Demonstrated success in email marketing and campaign management
- Proficiency in web scraping tools and lead research methods
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools
- Strong article writing and content creation abilities

**Optional Qualifications**

- Experience with AdWords and Facebook Ads
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make.com / Integromat)
- Previous experience in digital marketing or related field
- Experience editing short-form videos for social media

**Technical Requirements**

- Fast and stable internet connection
- Computer with adequate specifications (Windows preferred)
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
