Junior Loan Processor/Loan Officer (Hard Money Lending)

Levine Capital is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Loan Processor Virtual Assistant specializing in Hard Money Lending. This position involves processing a range of private lending products, including Fix and Flip, DSCR loans, Gap Funding, Transactional Loans, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) loans, Ground Up Construction, and other real estate investment loans. The ideal candidate will manage loan applications, ensure seamless communication with borrowers and stakeholders, and uphold the highest standards of efficiency and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle loan applications over the phone, collecting necessary borrower information and documentation.
- Pre-screen loan applications in collaboration with capital providers to assess eligibility and terms.
- Prepare and provide term sheets, ensuring timely processing of loan scenarios.
- Utilize loan portals, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and other systems to manage client data and loan progress.
- Collaborate with third-party service providers, including title companies, insurance providers, investors, and capital partners, to ensure seamless loan processing.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and lending guidelines.
- Gain expertise in private lending tools and platforms for efficient loan management.
- Accurately maintain detailed records, notes, and follow-up schedules for all loan applications.
- Offer exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

**Requirements:**
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong understanding of private lending practices, particularly for Fix & Flip, DSCR, and Hard Money loans.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required.
- Ability to actively listen and take comprehensive notes.
- Dependable internet connection, multiple monitor setup, and access to a generator (preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, critical thinking, punctuality, and a results-driven mindset.
- Prior experience in private lending, real estate, or a related field is highly desirable.
