Position: SEO, Pay Per Click, and Digital Marketing Specialist
Employment Type: Part-Time with potential for Full-Time
Location: Remote – Must be available for weekly meetings during US Eastern Business Hours one time per week, rescheduled for one hour. Otherwise, the hours are completely flexible.

About You
You are a digital dynamo, skilled in enhancing online presence through meticulously planned and executed SEO strategies. Creating SEO-oriented blogs and crafting posts that captivate on social media are second nature to you. Not only do you understand the importance of keywords and content, but you're also a wizard when it comes to navigating the complexities of Google Ads and analytics. As our SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing our social media presence and ensuring our brand stands tall in the digital arena.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to increase online presence and improve search engine rankings.
- Create engaging, SEO-friendly blogs and social media content that resonates with our audience.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
- Conduct detailed analytics and reporting to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaboratively work with the team to align SEO strategies with overarching marketing goals.
- Stay abreast of the latest SEO, social media, and digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements
- Proven experience in SEO, social media management, and Google Ads. Certifications are required for Google Ads at a minimum but would encourage and train for Facebook blueprint Certification, Hootsuite Social Media Marketing Certification, -- - Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Microsoft Advertising Certifiation
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to create compelling content that is both engaging and SEO-optimized.
- Familiarity with various analytics tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to meet virtually once a week during US Eastern time business hours.
