What you’ll be doing
1) Phone Sales (Warm Leads, No Cold Calling): You’ll work with customers who are already interested—no cold calls, ever. These are people excited about what we offer and just need a little help to seal the deal. You’ll answer their questions, show them why our products are perfect for them, and help them feel confident about checking out. Oh, and for every sale you close, you’ll earn performance bonuses—it’s a win-win.
2) Create a VIP Experience: Picture yourself as a personal concierge for someone who wants the best. Your job isn’t just to answer questions—it’s to create a luxury, high-end experience. You’ll take the time to really understand what they need and offer thoughtful, tailored solutions that feel like they were designed just for them.
3) It’s Not Customer Service, It’s Next-Level: This role is all about being proactive and personal. You’re not just here to help with random questions—you’re here to guide customers and make their experience feel elevated and exclusive. Think of it as customer service meets luxury lifestyle consultant.
