Job Overview:
As the Staffing and Recruitment Manager, you will play a critical role in growing and managing our physical therapist workforce. You will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, and scheduling physical therapists for new and ongoing referrals. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our current therapists have a steady flow of patient assignments, while managing all staffing logistics. This role gives you the flexibility to work independently while still having the support you need from me as the business owner. We use systems like axxess and therapy boss and open phone which are easy to get used of.
