We are searching for an experienced and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and grow our own social media presence. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that increase our brand awareness, engagement, and following across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
-Develop and execute strategic social media plans to grow Salon Marketing Solutions’ presence on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
-Create high-quality, engaging content, including compelling copy, striking visuals, and creative video reels, tailored to each platform.
-Monitor and actively manage social media channels, responding to comments and messages promptly to foster a strong connection with our audience.
-Stay on top of the latest social media trends and implement innovative ideas to keep our brand relevant and engaging.
-Analyse social media performance metrics and deliver data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and improve results.
-Plan and oversee the distribution of content to maximise engagement, reach, and follower growth.
-Lead community management for our Facebook Groups, ensuring a lively and supportive environment.
-Ensure all social media content aligns with Salon Marketing Solutions’ brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
- Experience in both B2C & B2B marketing is an avantage

Qualifications & Skills Required
-Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in managing social media accounts, with a track record of driving engagement, growth, and measurable results.
-Exceptional content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, and reel production.
-Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting social media performance data and making informed adjustments.
-Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills (fluent in English with a 10/10 rating).
-Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and attention to detail.
-A creative mindset with an eye for design and the ability to create visually compelling content.
-Experience in community management, particularly for Facebook Groups.
-Experience in the beauty and skincare industry is an advantage.
-Relevant certifications in social media marketing are a plus.
