Are you passionate about digital marketing and skilled in managing affiliate programs? The Mane Attraction is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager who can lead our affiliate efforts, grow partnerships, and create effective strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.

As our Affiliate Marketing Manager, you’ll develop and oversee campaigns, manage relationships with affiliates, and work closely with our marketing and content teams to optimize performance. We’re looking for someone creative, analytical, and results-driven who can thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and grow the affiliate marketing program, including recruitment, activation, and retention of affiliate partners.
-Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic and sales through affiliate channels.
-Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and partners to promote products and drive affiliate growth.
-Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics, making data-driven decisions for program optimization.
-Maintain relationships with affiliates, providing support, creative assets, and resources to ensure success.
-Work with the marketing team to align affiliate campaigns with overall marketing goals and brand initiatives.
-Conduct regular competitive research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in affiliate marketing and digital marketing strategies.
-Strong understanding of tracking and attribution technologies.
-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
-Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize campaigns.
-Familiarity with affiliate platforms and networks.
-Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
