Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Graphic Designer to join our team on a freelance/part-time project basis. As our designer, you will work closely with the founder to bring our brand's vision to life through visually stunning designs, primarily using Adobe Illustrator. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail, creative input, and ability to execute tasks efficiently will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
Create visual assets for packaging, labels, and marketing materials for our body care products.
Ensure that all designs are consistent across all SKUs
Collaborate with the founder to refine designs and implement feedback efficiently.
Organize and manage files in a systematic way to ensure smooth workflows and version control.
Maintain excellent communication throughout the design process and provide updates on progress.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (advanced skills required).
A strong portfolio showcasing design skills, especially in packaging, labels, and branding.
Exceptional attention to detail in both design and file management.
Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal) to collaborate effectively.
Experience in file organization and version control (keeping files clearly named and organized).
Ability to work independently while managing time effectively.
Availability for frequent communication and quick turnarounds on tasks.
Previous experience with body care/beauty brands is a plus, but not required.

Trial Tasks:
To ensure a good fit, candidates will be asked to complete trial tasks that will focus on the following areas:
Design skills in Adobe Illustrator: A small project to create a product label design or packaging concept.
Attention to Detail: Completing a task with specific requirements to test precision and consistency in your designs.
Communication and Organization: You'll be asked to organize files clearly, share progress, and explain your design choices to ensure a smooth working process.
