Social Media and Outreach Marketing Specialist

We are Built Mighty, a Web Development company specializing in the WooCommerce platform. We seek an experienced, proactive, and motivated Virtual Assistant to spearhead our X, LinkedIn, and Email marketing initiatives.

Primary Job Responsibilities
1. Developing, Executing, and Monitoring LinkedIn outreach strategies to connect with potential leads of companies that use WooCommerce.
2. Create and implement campaigns, including personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
3. Create and implement campaigns to grow our audience and brand awareness on X, LinkedIn, and Instagram


Secondary
1. Manage a cold email campaign targeting at least 500 potential leads monthly, aiming for a response rate of 10%.
2. Draft and manage cold email campaigns targeting at least 500 potential leads monthly, aiming for a response rate of 10%.

Goal:
Schedule at least 15 monthly discovery calls due to outreach and marketing efforts.

Qualifications
1. Proven experience in Social Media and LinkedIn marketing or outreach campaigns.
2. Familiarity with LinkedIn automation tools and best practices.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Compensation
1. This position offers $875 per month to start. Great results will quickly lead to $1500 per month.
