JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a professional and reliable Phone Call Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring clear and effective communication. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and handle incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.
• Make outbound calls to customers, clients, or partners as required.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.
• Record call details and maintain a log of customer interactions.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
• Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call targets as assigned.
• Maintain a quiet and professional home office setup with a stable internet connection.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a phone support or call center role (preferred but not required).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong listening skills and ability to empathize with customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with call-handling software is a plus.
• High-speed internet and a reliable computer setup.
• Flexibility to work in different time zones if required.
