Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Editor to produce compelling short-form video content for platforms such as YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook. This role is perfect for a passionate storyteller who can captivate audiences with visually stunning travel content, enticing hooks, engaging storytelling, and strong calls-to-action. The ideal candidate is someone who understands luxury travel, adventure tourism, and extreme experiences and knows how to create content that resonates with high-end, bespoke travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
• Plan, film, and edit daily short-form videos for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook, focusing on luxury travel, adventure, and extreme tourism.
• Craft eye-catching thumbnails that encourage clicks and views.
• Write compelling hooks and captions that grab attention within the first few seconds.
• Develop storylines for each video to engage viewers and highlight key travel experiences.
• Incorporate calls-to-action to drive audience engagement and conversions (e.g., booking trips, following the account, visiting a website).

Creative Strategy:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and goals.
• Stay updated on social media trends and apply them to travel-focused content.
• Use analytics tools to track performance and refine content strategies for maximum reach and engagement.

Visual & Audio Aesthetics:
• Ensure videos showcase breathtaking landscapes, luxury experiences, and thrilling adventures.
• Use high-quality editing techniques, including transitions, music, and text overlays, to create visually stunning content.
• Highlight the luxury and bespoke nature of the travel experiences while maintaining authenticity.

Engagement & Growth:
• Engage with comments, respond to inquiries, and interact with followers to build community.
• Identify trends and opportunities to collaborate with influencers or other travel brands.
• Test different formats and content styles to determine what resonates best with the target audience.
