Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy:

Develop and manage engaging, authentic content for Michael Balcom and I&M across all platforms.
Craft compelling narratives that reflect Michael’s personality, values, and mission.
Incorporate AI trends into content strategies to keep messaging innovative and impactful.

Social Media Management:

Lead the growth of Michael’s personal and professional social media presence.
Create and execute a strategic content calendar aligned with company goals and industry trends.
Engage with followers, foster community, and maintain an approachable online presence.

Public Image & Branding:

Shape and maintain a consistent, authentic public image for Michael Balcom and I&M.
Monitor and manage online presence, proactively addressing potential PR challenges.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

Collaboration & Creativity:

Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns and content ideas alongside Michael.
Position Michael as a thought leader in the land investment and AI spaces.
Explore innovative ways to leverage AI tools for content creation and audience engagement.

Event Support:

Assist in preparing for public appearances, interviews, and speaking engagements.
Create supporting materials such as scripts, presentations, and social media content for events.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or personal branding (3+ years preferred).
Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
Familiarity with AI tools and a passion for leveraging their creative potential.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and trends.
Experience managing personal branding for entrepreneurs is a plus.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
