PR Outreach Specialist with Media Connections and Qwoted Experience

We’re seeking an experienced PR Outreach Specialist to assist with pitching stories and securing media placements for three of our clients. The ideal candidate has expertise in PR outreach, is well-versed in platforms like Qwoted and HARO (before it shut down), and has strong relationships with journalists. If you have a track record of successfully crafting pitches that land and building media connections, we’d love to work with you!

Project Scope:
This position will focus on PR outreach for 2-3 clients.

-Monitor Qwoted and other PR platforms for relevant journalist queries and respond with tailored, high-impact pitches. (We have an account login we can provide)
-Develop and execute outreach strategies to secure coverage for our clients across relevant media outlets.
-Craft personalized, compelling pitches aligned with journalist needs and client goals.
-Leverage existing journalist relationships to pitch stories effectively.
-Track outreach efforts and measure the success of media placements.
-Provide regular updates and reports on PR outreach activities and results.

Requirements:
-Proven experience with PR outreach platforms
-Strong media relations with established connections to journalists (preferred).
-Excellent writing and communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
-Creativity to find different angles to pitch clients
