Job Description for Social Media Specialist
Responsibilities:

Manage and create content for Instagram posts and stories

Expand social media presence to platforms like YouTube Shorts and TikTok

Schedule and organize social media content using provided materials

Respond to comments and direct messages on social platforms

Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports

Assist with video editing and optimization for different social media platforms

Collaborate with real estate agents to align content with their personal brand

Implement and manage social media campaigns to increase engagement and lead generation

Stay updated on social media trends and best practices in the real estate industry

Assist with CRM management using Follow Up Boss, including uploading contacts, updating past sales data, and implementing action plans

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the real estate industry

Proficiency in social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok

Strong content creation skills, including graphic design and basic video editing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools

Basic understanding of real estate industry terms and practices

Experience with CRM systems, particularly Follow Up Boss, is a plus

Scope:

Manage social media accounts for one or more top-producing real estate agents

Create and schedule 3-5 social media posts per day across various platforms

Produce weekly performance reports on social media engagement and growth

Dedicate time to researching and implementing new social media strategies

Collaborate with the real estate team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals

Assist in expanding the agent’s social media presence to new platforms as needed

Manage and update CRM data, including contact information and past sales data

Implement and manage action plans for new leads in the CRM system
