Sales Virtual Assistant

A fast-growing cleaning company seeking a results-driven VA to help manage sales-related tasks. You would start working in CST from Sunday - Thursday from 8 AM - 5 PM CST.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly, timely responses to inquiries and inbound leads to sign them up for our services

- Lead Generation & Outreach
- Research and qualify prospective clients
- Conduct initial outreach via calls/emails to drive conversions
- CRM Management

- Maintain accurate lead/client data
- Track sales metrics and prepare basic reports
- Sales Support

- Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-up emails
- Schedule calls/appointments for the sales team
- Customer Interaction

Qualifications

- Experience: 1+ year in sales or telemarketing in Residential or Commercial Cleaning
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce) preferred
- Skills: Excellent English communication, detail-oriented, self-starter
- Tech Setup: Stable internet, reliable computer, and quiet environment
