Affiliate Marketing Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow our affiliate marketing program. This role is essential in building strong relationships with affiliates, driving traffic, and increasing conversions. The ideal candidate will have experience in affiliate marketing, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven approach to optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Program Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
Maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing support and resources.
Affiliate Recruitment:

Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the program.
Leverage affiliate networks, forums, and direct outreach to attract high-quality affiliates.
Performance Optimization:

Monitor affiliate performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, and revenue.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to optimize performance.
Campaign Coordination:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop affiliate-specific campaigns and promotional materials.
Ensure affiliates have the tools and resources needed to succeed, such as banners, links, and exclusive offers.
Compliance Management:

Ensure affiliates adhere to program guidelines and brand standards.
Monitor for fraud or non-compliance and take corrective action as needed.
Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on affiliate program performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Track ROI and ensure the program meets business objectives.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related role.
Familiarity with affiliate platforms like ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, or Impact.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Excel.
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in SaaS or tech-related affiliate programs.
Knowledge of performance marketing and tracking software.
Certification in digital marketing or affiliate marketing.
