JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated and dependable Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls through our auto-dialer system (readymode) and transferring qualified leads to our loan officers.

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle a high volume of calls and transfer leads to our loan officers.
-Ensure smooth communication between clients and loan officers.
-Maintain accurate call records and lead information.
-Provide excellent customer service and support during calls.

Requirements:

-***Excellent English ***communication skills with a clear, professional, and friendly tone.
-Previous experience in call center or telemarketing roles is a plus.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
