Core Responsibilities

Custom Chatbot Development

Design and implement custom chatbot solutions tailored to client needs
Create and optimize conversation flows using ManyChat and other platforms
Ensure seamless integration with client websites and existing systems


Technical Integration

Implement webhook connections and API integrations
Deploy chatbots across various platforms including websites and social media
Maintain and troubleshoot existing chatbot implementations


Client Success

Work directly with clients to understand their requirements
Provide technical guidance and best practices recommendations
Ensure chatbot solutions meet client objectives and performance metrics


Quality Assurance

Test and validate chatbot functionality across different scenarios
Monitor chatbot performance and implement improvements
Document technical specifications and maintain development standards



Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years experience in chatbot development
Proven experience with ManyChat platform
Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills
Experience with webhook implementations and API integrations
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication abilities

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience with multiple chatbot platforms (Chatfuel, Dialogflow, etc.)
Knowledge of natural language processing
Experience with e-commerce integrations
Understanding of marketing automation
Previous client-facing experience
Portfolio of completed chatbot projects
