ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Social Media Manager & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the creative engine behind our online presence. From crafting scroll-stopping posts to executing marketing campaigns that deliver results, this role is all about combining strategy and creativity to make an impact.
This fully remote position offers flexible hours and plenty of room to grow. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just want to support our team but is ready to take the reins and elevate our marketing efforts to the next level.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Content Creation & Social Media Management
Strategize, create, and schedule posts, stories, and reels for Instagram,
Keep content fresh, consistent, and on-brand while maintaining an engaging aesthetic.
Build connections with followers to foster community and brand loyalty.
Campaign Management & Execution
Write and design engaging blog posts, newsletters, and ads that resonate with our audience.
Lend your creative touch to physical marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and catalogs.
Team up with colleagues to ensure a cohesive brand presence across every platform.
Email
Craft
Personalize messages for different audience segments and track performance for ongoing improvement.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Dive into data to uncover what’s working (and what’s not) on social media.
Offer insights to refine strategies and enhance engagement.
Help streamline processes by building systems and SOPs for the marketing team.
Product Mockups, Customer Presentations, Website Updates
Create eye-catching product mockups and presentations as needed.
Keep our e-commerce site fresh and up-to-date using WooCommerce and other tools.
ABOUT YOU
You’re a dynamic, self-motivated individual who thrives on creativity and loves making an impact through social media and marketing.
Must-Have Skills:
1-3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation, with a proven ability to deliver results.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends (Instagram,
Intermediate-level graphic design skills with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut ensuring visually appealing and on-brand content.
Experience in planning and managing a social media calendar.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp), and team communication tools like Slack.
Strong copywriting abilities to craft compelling captions and content that resonate with audiences.
Experience with
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Bonus Skills:
Background in e-commerce, promotional products, or signage.
Proven ability to create, document, and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.
A solid understanding of SEO strategies and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and improving organic search rankings to drive website traffic.
Experience with managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms
