Design and develop creative structural layouts for custom residential wood-framed projects.
Perform structural analysis and ensure compliance with building codes.
Collaborate with architects to integrate structural and design requirements.
Produce accurate construction drawings using Revit

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Structural Engineering.
3+ years of experience in residential wood design (framing, beams, foundations).
Ability to independently develop complete structural layouts.
Proficiency in Revit preferred; willingness to learn required.
Strong problem-solving, creativity, and communication skills.
