About This Team
Our Facebook Assets team are responsible for preparing, setting up and packaging our assets, including Pages, Business Managers and Profiles. This team is responsible for everything from purchasing assets to linking them together, packaging the setup and providing a reliable output. You will work directly in a private team, as a direct assistant to the CEO and the first point of contact for all assets enquiries. You will be expected to handle various Facebook profiles, learn and understand instructions quickly, have clear communication, a fantastic work ethic and a passion for problem-solving.


Your Responsibilities
- Prepare Facebook assets, including pages, Business Managers, and Profiles.
- Manage the entire process, from set-up through to output.
- Problem-solve at all stages. Discover your own methods, solutions and systems to improve the output.
- Learn quickly. Understand instructions, take feedback onboard and adapt quickly.
- Understand the Facebook advertising ecosystem, as a social media manager.


Who You Are
We're looking for someone who is passionate about solving problems, and who meets the below requirements.


Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of working on Facebook as a social media manager/media buyer or equivalent.
- Owning and exceeding goals, targets and quotas.
- Proven track record of problem-solving, and figuring out solutions on your own.
- A self-starter capable of driving business results without significant supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new things, follow instructions and develop systems.
- C1+ English


Preferred Requirements
- Familiarity with Facebook advertising.
- Understanding proxies, anti-detect browsers.


Pay and Benefits
The salary for this role is $16,800 - $50,000 per year. Additionally, there is a commission structure in place, and there is no upper cap on commissions generated, Commissions will be based on achieving targets and problem-solving. This structure will be explained during the interview stage.
