JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Operations Virtual Assistant to join our Operations team. In this role, you will support property management tasks and assist with building and optimizing Monday.com workflows for both internal operations and external clients. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you’ll contribute to both real estate operations and customer-facing projects.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Monday.com, proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), and strong administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Property Management Support:

Assist with administrative tasks, such as research, data entry, and file management, to support the property manager.
Organize and maintain digital files related to real estate operations.
Perform regular updates to ensure property management records are accurate and up-to-date.
2. Monday.com Buildouts and Management:

Build and optimize Monday.com boards for internal operations and external clients.
Create and configure automations, integrations, and workflows to streamline processes.
Collaborate with clients to customize Monday.com solutions that meet their unique business needs.
Monitor and maintain the functionality of existing boards, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.
3. AI Tools Expertise:

Use tools like ChatGPT and other AI platforms to assist with drafting, research, and automating repetitive tasks.
Apply AI to improve task efficiency and streamline processes for both property management and client projects.
4. Collaboration and Reporting:

Work closely with the Operations team to complete tasks on schedule and ensure high-quality results.
Provide regular updates on task progress, property management operations, and client projects.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and suggest innovative solutions.
Requirements:
Monday.com Expertise:
Proven experience creating boards, workflows, automations, and integrating third-party tools.
AI Tools Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with platforms like ChatGPT and other AI tools for productivity and automation.
Strong Administrative Skills:
Expertise in research, data entry, file organization, and process management.
Project Management Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines for both property management and client deliverables.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable learning and using new tools and software.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal team members and communicate with clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management, real estate operations, or similar fields.
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and cloud-based file management systems.
A proactive mindset with a strong problem-solving ability and a passion for improving workflows.
Work Details:
Position: Part-time or Full-time (based on workload and candidate availability).
Location: Remote.
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
