Experienced Virtual Assistant for Shopify Product Listing & Research

Responsibilities
1. Product Listing:
- Upload 25 new products Daily on Shopify.
- Write SEO-optimized product titles and descriptions to enhance visibility and sales.
- Follow specific guidelines for product descriptions (examples will be provided).
- Ensure product images and specifications are accurate and well-organized.

2. Product Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trending and high-demand products within home goods and smart home electronics, as well as future niches.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends, particularly within the Dutch market, to suggest new product additions.
- Maintain a list of potential products with detailed research and sourcing options.

3. Website Maintenance:
- Proficiency in updating and maintaining collections and tags within Shopify to ensure product organization and easy navigation.
- Regularly check for and fix listing errors or discrepancies.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in an e-commerce or Shopify setting.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify's product listing tools and features.
- Proficiency in SEO and writing engaging product titles/descriptions.
- Experience with product research tools (e.g., WinningHunter, Jungle Scout, Helium 10, etc.).
- Familiarity with home goods and smart home electronics niches.
- Understanding of the Dutch market and customer preferences is highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Basic Dutch language skills for product listings and descriptions.
- Graphic design experience for product images (basic edits).
- Familiarity with Shopify apps and plugins for SEO and marketing.
- Knowledge of dropshipping models or inventory management.
