Full Truck Load Coordinator
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Truck Load Coordinator to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills and a proven track record in logistics coordination, scheduling, route planning, and shipment management.

This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a commitment to regulatory compliance, and the ability to collaborate with team members and effectively engage with clients.

• Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the logistics of vehicles and equipment, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance.
- Develop and implement efficient scheduling and route planning strategies for FTL shipments.
- Monitor shipments throughout the process, proactively identifying and resolving potential delays or issues.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve logistical problems, implementing timely and efficient solutions.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all logistics activities, including shipment records, route plans, and communication logs.
- Support the broader logistics team, assisting with various tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Contribute to sales by providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Coordinate loads efficiently, optimizing space and resources.
- Manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently, promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.

• Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using different logistics software tools and applications.
- Experience working overnight shifts (required).
- Reliable internet access, including a backup option (e.g., prepaid Wi-Fi/Data) (required).
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
