We’re looking for a Research and Marketing Analyst to join our growing team and play a vital role in driving business growth and optimizing marketing strategies.

What You’ll Do:

*Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM for lead tracking, campaign reporting, and data organization.
*Use AI-driven tools to conduct market research and uncover trends and opportunities.
*Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to boost marketing performance.
*Support government contract research and assist with procurement processes to align with business goals.
*Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns meet deadlines and deliver results.

What We’re Looking For:

*Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including lead management, campaign tracking, and reporting.
*Experience using AI-driven tools for marketing insights and research purposes.
*Strong research and analytical skills, with experience in government contracts or procurement preferred.
*Knowledge of federal, state, and local government contracting processes.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
