Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to past clients via text, email, or phone to re-engage and offer special discounted rates.
- Maintain a warm, professional, and persuasive tone in all client communications.
- Utilize our CRM system to track client interactions and follow-ups.
- Create and execute re-targeting campaigns with promotional offers to incentivize bookings.
- Answer client inquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring a seamless booking process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize re-targeting strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on re-engagement efforts and results.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or virtual assistant roles.
