We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative who can also take on the responsibilities of a Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a quick thinker, able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently, and have a strong attention to detail. This role involves providing top-notch customer service, conducting research, and managing various tasks for our clients.

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to clients via email, phone, and chat.
Act as a personal assistant to clients, managing their schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Research and compare the quality of items, products, and services; make purchasing recommendations.
Book hotels, flights, and other travel-related services.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative and/or Personal Assistant.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with online shopping and product research.
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
