About Us
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Tier 1 representative to join our remote support team. In this role, you will assist customers in troubleshooting automotive and appliance parts post-repair. You will also ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and technical guidance for issues encountered after parts are repaired.
Technical Support
Provide timely and professional assistance via phone,
Troubleshooting
Diagnose issues with automotive and appliance parts, ensuring they are installed and functioning properly after repair.
Guidance
Offer clear instructions and advice on proper installation, testing, and troubleshooting techniques.
Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and solutions in the company’s CRM system
Escalation
Collaborate with Tier 2 support or technicians for advanced troubleshooting or unresolved issues.
Learning & Development: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, repair procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
Qualifications
Required
Strong technical aptitude, particularly in automotive or appliance repair.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
Ability to remain patient and empathetic during customer interactions.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and basic computer skills.
Preferred:
Previous experience in technical support, automotive repair, or appliance repair.
Familiarity with automotive modules (e.g., ECM, TCM, ABS) and appliances like stove control boards, variable frequency drives, or similar systems.
Knowledge of diagnostic tools and installation procedures.

Full-time position, remote work.
Weekly payout of salary (with Wise).
Working hours: 40 hours a week. Mon - Fri 8 hours a day, 9am - 5pm ET (New York Time)
