Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Facebook Dropshipping

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Facebook dropshipping operations. This role involves sourcing and listing products, communicating with buyers and sellers, and ensuring smooth transaction processes. You will work closely with the team to maximize efficiency and profitability using a proven dropshipping model.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Sourcing:
• Use Craigslist and other classified platforms to identify valuable free items.
• Evaluate items based on provided criteria (e.g., quality, demand, and appearance).
• Contact sellers using email or text message templates to secure items.
2. Facebook Marketplace Management:
• Create and manage product listings on Facebook Marketplace.
• Modify descriptions and images to ensure professional and appealing presentations.
• Optimize listings for maximum visibility and engagement.
3. Communication:
• Respond promptly to inquiries from buyers and sellers using prepared message templates.
• Negotiate terms with sellers and buyers, ensuring smooth and timely pickups.
• Maintain clear and professional communication via Telegram, Google Voice, and Outlook.
4. Transaction Management:
• Coordinate contactless or contact pickups between buyers and sellers.
• Manage payments through Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal, ensuring secure and reliable transactions.
• Handle any disputes or issues professionally, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.
5. Record Keeping and Reporting:
• Keep track of locked-in items and completed sales.
• Provide daily updates on progress and challenges.
• Suggest improvements to streamline processes and enhance results.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in using Google Chrome, Google Voice, Outlook, and Telegram.
• Familiarity with Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and classified apps (e.g., OfferUp, LetGo).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently while following detailed instructions.
• Additional Requirements:
• Access to a stable internet connection.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Must use the AWS virtual desktop provided for all tasks.

Work Schedule:

• Flexible hours, but availability is required for timely communication and listings.
• Estimated time commitment: 3-5 hours per day.

Compensation:

• Hourly wage or fixed rate (to be discussed).
• Profit-sharing: 50% of the profit per sale.
