We’re a growing real estate media company dedicated to creating meaningful connections with our clients through impactful marketing strategies. You’ll work directly with the Owner to grow our social media presence, drive new leads, and maintain a strong brand image.

???? Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Plan and schedule engaging content for Facebook and Instagram.
Monitor and engage with followers to foster a vibrant online community.
Analyze and report on social media performance to optimize strategies.


Facebook & Instagram Ads:

Create and manage ad campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.


Email Campaigns:

Design and send weekly email campaigns to current and prospective clients.
Maintain and segment the email database for targeted communication.

? What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
Reliable internet connection and a commitment to full-time work.
???? Work Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours/week (flexible schedule with overlap during U.S. business hours preferred).
