JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls and efficiently managing our CRM system and calendar management. Experience with social media platforms is a bonus, but not mandatory. Your key focus will be to arrange appointments and keep our client database up to date, ensuring that all interactions are accurately recorded. Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail are crucial for success in this position.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct outbound calls to schedule appointments with clients.
- Maintain and update our CRM system to reflect accurate client information and interactions.
- Ensure all client communications are documented thoroughly.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline appointment-setting processes.
- Manage calendars and assist with social media tasks as needed.

**Qualifications:**
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with calendar management and social media is a plus.
