Sales support (no experience needed)

We’re looking People who enjoy supporting customers to join our growing team! If you’re highly motivated, meet the requirements, and are ready to earn, we want to hear from you! You dont have to do any calls, you can work from home and only have to support the customers through messages.

MUST-HAVES:

Fluent in English C1+ (typing & speaking)
Availability to work 52 hours/week
Fast and stable internet
PC or laptop with a camera (camera is for team meetings only)
Must have a bank account in your name for direct payments (no crypto)
Ready to go through training and tests

SCOPE OF WORK:

Shifts Available:
Day Shifts: 6 AM - 2 PM PHT // 2 PM - 10 PM PHT
Night Shifts: 10 PM - 6 AM PHT

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to messages quickly (2-3-minute response time)
Take detailed notes on customers
Generate direct sales

PAY STRUCTURE:

Base: $2.00/hour + 3% commission on direct sales
Paid weekly for the first month, then bi-weekly
Average Earnings: $800 - $2000/month USD
Chance for a 5% commission with good performance instead of 3%
Monthly bonuses
