JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a full-time land dispositions manager able to work 8am to 5pm PST weekdays.

Compensation:
$10/hr base pay. 40 hrs/wk is expected but you're able to work additional hours (at same rate). Pay is weekly or bi-weekly—whichever you prefer.
+ 5% profit share on deals sold within 60-days
2% profit share on deals sold within 61-120-days
1% profit share on deals sold >121-days

We currently have over 20 properties for sale and add an average of 1-2 new properties per week. We try to achieve a minimum gross profit of $10,000, so you could earn $500 or more per property you sell within 60 days.

You'll be expected and trained to:

1. Evaluate properties and create marketing materials for them.
2. Communicate with photographers for drone imaging.
3. Maintain consistent follow up on all leads.
4. Build rapport with each potential buyer.
5. Draft contracts and set up closing with a title company or real estate attorney.
6. Maintain communication through closing with the buyer and Title company.
7. Communicate with utility companies and county entities to determine access for the property.
8. Gather data and send letters to neighbors using available tools.
9. Manage email, text and cold calling campaigns.
10. Creatively generate leads and more!

8. Desire to eventually lead and build a high-performance team.
9. Commitment. You have to be 100% in on Land Boss and not work other jobs or businesses. We will go all-in on you and your family if you go all-in with us.
10. Willing to question how we do things and make improvements. If you are too afraid to question how things are done, this is not for you.
