We are a fast-paced and dynamic real estate photography agency seeking a talented and experienced In-House Photo Editor to join our team. If you have a passion for transforming real estate images into stunning visual assets and thrive in a deadline-driven environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Edit high-quality real estate photos with exceptional attention to detail.
• Cull images provided by our photographers to select the best shots.
• Ensure all edited photos align with our established style and quality standards.
• Work overnight to deliver completed edits to our admin team by 7:00 AM EST.
• Collaborate with multiple photographers to maintain consistency across projects.
• Stay updated on the latest editing techniques and software.

Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of professional experience in real estate photo editing.
• Expertise in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• A strong portfolio showcasing real estate photo edits.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to our agency’s editing style and maintain consistency across all projects.
• Experience in culling images and organizing large volumes of photos.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
