JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across various platforms and teams. This role involves managing a creative team, overseeing social media channels for multiple businesses, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in WordPress, Wix.com, Canva, and experience in creating email and text campaigns, pop-ups, and annual marketing plans. A strong understanding of SEO, geo-location targeting, and the ability to integrate marketing efforts into existing websites is essential. Additionally, the candidate should be well-versed in utilizing AI tools to enhance marketing efforts and provide evidence of their current application.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a creative team, including graphic designers and video designers, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Social Media Management: Oversee and curate content across all social media platforms for multiple businesses, enhancing brand presence and engagement.

Website Management: Maintain and update websites built on WordPress and Wix.com, ensuring seamless integration of marketing campaigns and tools.

Content Creation: Utilize Canva and other design tools to produce compelling visuals for digital campaigns.

Campaign Development: Design and execute email and text marketing campaigns, including the creation of pop-ups and other lead generation tools.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Data Analysis: Extract and analyze data to assess campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.

Collaboration: Coordinate with general managers to gather necessary media (photos, videos) for campaign content.

SEO and Targeting: Implement SEO best practices and geo-location targeting to enhance online visibility and reach.

AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to optimize marketing strategies, content creation, and campaign management. Provide evidence of current AI tool usage and its impact on marketing outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably overseeing creative teams.

Proficiency in WordPress, Wix.com, and Canva.

Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms for multiple brands or businesses.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and geo-location targeting strategies.

Experience in creating and managing email and text marketing campaigns.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

AI Proficiency: Experience with AI marketing tools such as Jasper AI, Surfer SEO, or Grammarly. Ability to demonstrate current usage and effectiveness of these tools in previous roles.
