YouTube Video Editor

I am looking for someone to do YouTube video editing for me.

I will give you several video files totaling approximately 15-20 minutes long.
I would like the video edited down to a finished product about 10 - 15 minutes long.
I’ll supply the intro and outro that I use, along with a few extra graphics.
You will edit the video, using the best takes, adding pop up graphics and B-roll specific to my geographic area, and send the finished project back to me within 5-7 days.

I do this weekly, so I’m looking for someone who will do great work so that I can use the same person every week.
