As we expand for 2025, we’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to help build, manage, and optimize the technical systems powering our marketing campaigns. This is a contract-to-part-time position, with potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance. You'll work with cutting-edge tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, Make, Twilio, and HeyFlow to deliver impactful results for our clients.

- Set up and manage CRM tools and marketing platform integrations.
- Build automated workflows for patient communication using tools like Twilio and ActiveCampaign.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance.
- Develop and optimize landing pages and sales funnels, including lead scoring and SMS/email verification.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless data flow and efficiency.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as CPA, lead quality, and campaign ROI.
- Stay ahead of trends and technologies in marketing automation and healthcare marketing.

- 2+ years in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a related role.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Twilio).
- Experience with API integrations and troubleshooting.
- Excellent sales funnel and landing page builder
- Familiarity with healthcare or regulated industries is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
