Virtual Assistant for Credit Repair and Business Funding Services

Koach Consulting is looking for a results-driven and sales-focused Virtual Assistant with proven experience in credit repair and sales. Important: Applicants MUST HAVE at least 1 year of credit repair and sales experience to be considered. Resumes without relevant experience will be rejected.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct 30-minute client consultations via Zoom, identifying client needs and closing consultations with a sales-driven approach.
• Analyze and interpret credit reports, providing actionable recommendations to clients.
• Assist clients with onboarding by collecting and verifying documents while ensuring a seamless process.
• Confidently promote credit repair, business funding, and combination services to meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of consultations, follow-ups, and onboarding activities in our CRM.
• Provide clear instructions for clients to use third-party credit monitoring services.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state regulations (e.g., CROA, FCRA).
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of credit repair experience, including reviewing and interpreting credit reports.
• Proven sales experience with a strong ability to close consultations and meet targets.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Experience with tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
• Availability to work in U.S. time zones (Sunday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM CST).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with credit repair platforms like Dispute Fox, GoHighLevel, or similar software.
• Knowledge of U.S. credit systems, credit repair processes, and business funding.
• Expertise in customer service, appointment scheduling, and CRM management.
